3 Key Benefits

In our contribution to e-mobility, we present a groundbreaking solution for charging your electric vehicle while powering your automated door. Here are some key advantages:

  • Plug-and-Play

The cost of installing standard electric vehicle chargers can vary significantly from £1500 - £2500. However, by positioning your EV charger next to your automated door and powering both from the same supply, installation costs are reduced significantly.

GfA’s plug-and-play approach makes installation a breeze. The TS Control Panel already has a power supply; the go-e charger simply needs to be connected to the panel.

  • Integrated Charge Management

The built-in charge management function ensures the maximum power consumption of 11kW is not exceeded while both the door and EV charger are in use.

The door can be in operation while a vehicle is charged simultaneously. The system simply reduces power to the EV charger when the door is in motion, returning to normal levels when the door is stationary.

  • Keeping up With Demand

The TS 971 Control Panel and go-e Wall-Mounted EV Charger aids the demand for electric vehicle infrastructure. This supports the move to climate-neutral transportation, helping accommodate the increasing number of electric vehicles.
