Meet Daniel Pahal in the Sales Team

Dan joined GfA in November 2017 and in his role as a sales engineer is responsible for dealing with customers' order and product enquiries on the telephone.


Although new to the door industry Dan has worked in sales roles for an engineering company and prides himself on asking the right questions to come up with the best solution for each customer.


Explaining his role Dan says: “I spend my time speaking to engineers on site who are desperate for spares and need help to identify the right replacement product. They often send through photos and there’s sometimes a bit of detective work to find out exactly what they need. But that’s what I enjoy.”


In his spare time Dan keeps fit by attending regular Karate classes. This will come in handy in July when Dan and other members of the GfA team take on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge.
