Like the previous standard it requires the organisation to continue to document procedures required for its effective operation but importantly differs in that there is a requirement for an organization to assess risks and opportunities and to determine internal and external issues relevant to its purpose and strategic direction. Attaining and maintaining this standard is important to GfA UK as ultimately it will enable us to enhance our relationship with and service to our customers in the future.
