Electrical Apprentice Jack Brookes explained how the team in our electrical department work on bespoke control panels whilst Customer Services Manager, Joanne Dance, talked through the role of customer services from order processing to progress chasing and problem solving. The team also demonstrated how items are tested and faults diagnosed.
