We adopt a zero-tolerance approach to harassment and bullying – every team member, contractor, volunteer, visitor or anybody engaged in work for GfA, has the right to work in an environment free from disrespect or intimidation and is expected to adhere to this policy.
Anyone who experiences or witnesses behaviour that feels wrong is encouraged to speak up – your voice matters and the process is confidential and supportive.
Our managers are here to listen, offer support, and take swift action where needed. Counselling support is also available to all our team members, ensuring that help is always within reach whenever it is needed.
