Our current recruitment for a Customer Service Support Co-ordinator will suit a conscientious and committed individual with a passion for providing excellent service.   

Job Description

You will be joining a close-knit team who work effectively together and contribute to our longstanding reputation for our speedy and accurate turnaround of complex orders and positive approach to meeting customer needs. 

The main accountabilities of the role involve:

  • Administering and responding promptly to the sales order queue
  • Prioritising the processing of orders in relation to their urgency, stock availability and credit approval, as well as ensuring a smooth flow to the distribution department
  • The creation of accurate electronic sales orders (an essential part of the role); inputting all the necessary parts and arranging the delivery schedule to meet agreed delivery dates
  • Generation and confirmation of customer invoices with the relevant carriage charges
  • General administration duties

This role entails working hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, a 40-hour working week with a daily 30-minute lunch break.

Person Specification

Candidates should have GCSEs/equivalent in Maths and English grade C minimum/equivalent, with previous office admin experience ideally including phone work. Sales order processing experience, including familiarity with Navision or an alternative ERP system, would be an advantage. 

As with many of our job roles, being able to work at a fast pace to high levels of accuracy is key, as well as having good team skills, a pleasant and helpful manner and an organised approach to daily workloads.

Competitive basic salary based on skills and experience.
